Cancelation Policy
At Xceptional Cleaning Solutions, we value your time and strive to provide reliable, high-quality service. To ensure we can accommodate all of our clients efficiently, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy below:
Cancellation Notice:
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests.
Late Cancellations:
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of $50 or 50% of the scheduled service cost, whichever is greater.
Same-Day Cancellations / No-Shows:
Clients who cancel on the same day of service or are unavailable at the time of the scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the service fee.
Access to Property:
If our team is unable to access the property at the scheduled time (locked out, no entry instructions, pets not secured, etc.), it will be considered a no-show, and the full service fee will apply.
